What makes your chiller different?

There are good chillers on the market and garbage chillers. It's hard to tell as a consumer what is what. So, we bought several of the chillers on the market, took them apart, and compared them to our chiller, side by side. Watch this video to see how our chiller stacks up.
Are you USA based?

It can be hard to tell, but MANY cold plunge companies that look like US companies are actually Chinese manufacturers drop shipping into the US.
Primal Plunges is a US company owned and operated in Utah by an experienced entrepreneur. Our warehouse, customer service, tech folks, and service center are all in Utah.
How long does setup take?

Most users will be able to unpack, connect, and setup our cold plunges within 15-30 minutes. Our app guides you through the setup process using a walkthrough video specific to your model.
Is it noisy?

When cooling, the chiller runs at 52db. When only the pump is circulating water, the noise level falls to 46db.
How cold does it get?

Both our chillers can cool to 34º and heat to 104º. Most users will find benefits with water kept at 45º-55º.
Can I use it outdoors?

All of our chillers and tubs are engineered for the outdoors. We offer two touchscreens. One rated for indoors and one rated for outdoors. Ensure to select the outdoor touchscreen if you plan on locating your plunge outdoors.
Is there a monthly subscription?

For customers who purchase a Primal Plunge in 2025, they will receive a lifetime free subscription to PrimalOS and never pay a subscription fee.
