Shipping Policy
At Primal Plunges, we know that getting your plunge quickly and easily is just as important as the plunge itself. That’s why we offer two delivery options to fit your needs within the mainland USA.
Standard Curbside Delivery (Free)
Our complimentary curbside delivery is the most cost-effective way to receive your plunge:
- Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
- Your plunge will be delivered directly to your driveway or curb on a wood pallet.
- This service does not include moving the unit inside your home, unboxing, setup, or removal of packaging materials. Note, all acrylic plunges arrive on an 8' long wooden pallet.
Free Shipping Coverage
We’re proud to offer free curbside shipping to nearly all customers across the mainland USA. However, a small percentage of addresses, generally in remote or hard-to-access locations, can incur additional delivery costs. If your address falls into one of these rare areas, our team will reach out with details and options before shipping.
Delivery to Canadian customers is available but an additional shipping fee may be incurred. Contact customer service for more details.
Free shipping does not include return shipping.
White Glove In-Home Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
To avoid lifting heavy boxes into your home or disposing of pallets and packaging, consider upgrading to white glove delivery:
- Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
- They’ll carry your plunge in the room of your choice on the entry floor level.
- They'll unbox your plunge and remove all packaging and the shipping pallet.
Please note: Setup of your plunge is not included with this service. Most customers find setup takes about 20–30 minutes once delivered by following the video instructions in the Primal Plunges PlungeOS mobile app.
Delays
Weather and seasonal shipping congestion can sometimes impact delivery timelines. While we always prioritize safe and timely delivery, please keep the following in mind:
- Severe weather may cause delays that are outside our control.
- Depending on your location, your shipment may have to be transferred to a smaller delivery truck once in your metro area.
- White glove delivery service can add additional days to the delivery timeline in order to schedule with an available delivery crew and truck.
- Most plunges ship via LTL freight shipping and not UPS or Fedex. Seasonal demand can increase or delay truck availability.
Missed Appointments & Incorrect Information
When a delivery time is scheduled with our shipping partner, it’s important that someone is present to receive the plunge. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, rescheduling may result in additional fees from the shipping provider. These fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
If a shipment is rejected or an incorrect delivery address is provided, causing the shipment to be returned to Primal Plunges, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs—even if the order qualified for free curbside delivery originally.
