I’ve been using the cold plunge for a few weeks now and it’s easily become part of my daily routine. The tub and chiller are solid and the water stays cold without me having to mess with it. What surprised me most though is the screen. The guided videos and music make it way easier to get through the time, especially on days I don’t feel like doing it. I also really like the warm-up videos after — I used to just shiver and wait it out, but now it feels more controlled. Overall it just feels like a complete system instead of a random cold tub.

I got this chiller as part of a package. It’s crazy heavy and really well built. The touchscreen on the front of it is nice but I mostly use the app on my phone. It’s really quiet when just the pump is running. It makes more noise when its cooling and the fans are running but nothing crazy. I think its pretty powerful because it only has to run for a bit before it turns off again. I’ve only had it a month but I don’t expect any issues. You can just tell by looking at it.

As a dad in his 40s stressed out of my mind, this has been a life saver. I keep it in my garage in Arizona and have had zero issues so far. The thing is sexy. The screen mount was missing on delivery, but support sorted it fast. Totally worth it! It’s actually deeper and bigger than I expected which is a bonus.

I like that Primal Plunges is from Utah - Awesome. I messaged them before I bought this plunge and chiller because I was concerned about the ozone generator. I heard that ozone is bad to breath. Support was great and they explained it wasn’t anything to worry about and that I can pause the chiller when I’m in the water. I also use their sanitizer liquids and I’m on month 2 with the same water that is still crystal clear. I’m glad I spent a bit more money on this cooling unit. I can’t imagine there is a better one out there.

I got this for myself for Christmas. I’ve been using the ones at the cold therapy place but I wanted my own. This Primal Plunge is beautiful! My husband set it up easy and it holds cold no sweat. Post-yoga recovery's on point—looks fab too.

I mostly bought this because I wanted an inflatable tub but with a better chiller than I’ve had before. My last plunge died less than 2 years after I bought it but it was much cheaper than this one. This new Elite chiller is night and day compared to my old cheap one. It makes a bit more noise but it also is way more powerful and doesn’t run all day like my old one (probably why it died). I think this one from you guys is going to work out great - it clearly is built to last. You can tell by just trying to pick it up! Talked with the guys in sales and they were great and really wanted to know why my old one died and to ensure I was picking the correct replacement. They actually talked me out of the more expensive ones with the screens based on what I wanted.

Cold. Simple. It just works. I’m in it almost every day. Don’t screw around with the water. Buy the sanitation kit and it has stayed perfectly clear for the past few months.

It makes the whole process way smoother than my old inflatable setup from amazon.

This plunge should cost more honestly. I’ve used a ‘Plunge’ brand tub at the gym and this thing is built just as good and has the whole screen system going on as well.

My buddy bought one of the white plunges from Primal Plunges and it is slick but I didn’t really need the screen and didn’t want to spend that much. I wanted the good chiller unit though. This inflatable version is perfect. It’s basically the same size as my buddy’s acrylic tub with the screen from Primal but cheaper. It has the slopped back and it's big enough to fit my 6’5” legs stretched out. I keep mine outside and there is a little gap between the inflatable cover and the tub where little bits of stuff can blow in. That’s my only complaint. The app is great. I can check on it and adjust things from inside my house and it sends me reminders to add sanitizer.

Build quality is legit and the chiller holds temp really well. Took me a little time to get everything connected with the screen but support helped me through it. Using it 5–6 days a week now.

The Blizzard tub and chiller work great and my stress levels have been better since I started using it. What makes it different for me is the screen and the content. Having a coach walk you through the plunge makes it feel less intense, and the breathing cues help a lot. I also use the app to start the chiller from my phone before I get in, which is super convenient. Even the water maintenance stuff is easier because it reminds me every week on my phone.

I use the breathing videos and the playlists almost every time. It makes the plunge feel way more purposeful instead of just sitting there staring at my wall.

The build quality on the Whiteout is really nice — it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. Setup took a bit of time with the hoses and mount, but the support videos on their app made it pretty easy to follow along. Once it was up and running, it’s been smooth. I use the screen almost every time now, especially the scenery videos and sometimes the coached ones. It takes my mind off the cold and keeps me from cutting it short.
